The Inspection Process

• Download previous year’s open items to PDA



• Access items by building and room number. Mark as Outstanding or Completed with just one click.



• New deficiencies are identified using Decision Tree structure.



• There is no need to memorize codes.



• If any deficiency from previous year is overlooked, the inspector is warned during the PDA’s on-site review process
  


• If any building from previous year is overlooked, the inspector is warned during the PDA’s on-site review process
  


• Inspector reviews data at conclusion of inspection and uploads findings to database, using wireless or wired PDA connection.
  


• Uploaded inspection can be edited and reviewed for Quality Assurance via Web-based interface. Review and release of each inspection can be centralized or performed at the remote facility.
  


• A Web interface with user-specific access privileges controls the inspection process flow.
