Assessment Inspector

Solid Rock Software has developed a specialized application for Facility Condition Assessments for 5-year planning and similar financial-planning projects. This application has already shaved hundreds of hours from facility inspection times. Customized fields on the PDA screens and the Web-based application screens feed specialized reports for cost analysis. Projected costs can be analyzed by facility, by Facility Type, Facility, or Building over a five-year time span. Each year’s projected expense can be broken out by type of item.
